In order to start the process of executing a new electrical connection, the following documents are required :

Contract of sale or Property document;

Urban Certificate;

1:500 and 1:2000 plans that are attached to the Urban Certificate;

Copy after Fiscal Identification Code (if you are a company) / ID card (if you are a person);

Bank account;

Building permit (if it has been obtained – meaning it is not required to start the process, but it is required to finish the whole procedure);

Location notice (if it has been obtained – meaning it is not required to start the process, but it is required to finish the whole procedure);

Certificate of fiscal attestation (if you are a company);

Power of attorney made official at a public notary if you are a person or an official proxy with clear signature and stamp if you are a company (contact us and we will send you the draft versions of the documents, you only need to input your personal data)
