Documents needed

In order to start the process of executing a new electrical connection, the following documents are required :

  1. Contract of sale or Property document;

  2. Urban Certificate;

  3. 1:500 and 1:2000 plans that are attached to the Urban Certificate;

  4. Copy after Fiscal Identification Code (if you are a company) / ID card (if you are a person);

  5. Bank account;

  6. Building permit (if it has been obtained – meaning it is not required to start the process, but it is required to finish the whole procedure);

  7. Location notice (if it has been obtained – meaning it is not required to start the process, but it is required to finish the whole procedure);

  8. Certificate of fiscal attestation (if you are a company);

  9. Power of attorney made official at a public notary if you are a person or an official proxy with clear signature and stamp if you are a company (contact us and we will send you the draft versions of the documents, you only need to input your personal data)
